Parking fees and fact that fees can't be added to your room.
Smallish rooms but that's typical for London. Costa coffee concession in the hotel is useful.

A decent hotel with friendly staff in a great location.
The room was a bit too small.
This is a fine hotel for the business traveler staying in London for several days. The food in the restaurant is pricey but it is located on a business thoroughfare that has many other restaurants.

It was near the Tube, 2 malls, and a couple of great pubs.
I had no complaints.
The hotel is well-situated in a nice neighborhood. The Roms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the heating and cooling system worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
